Product introduction


1.When producing oil in inclined wells, if the depth of the lower pump exceeds the inclination point, the sucker rod will lean against one side of the tubing when working, thus accelerating the eccentric wear speed of the tubing. In order to solve this problem, our company has developed a rotary anti-eccentric wear producing wellhead device. 

2.The product, based on the principle of mechanical transmission, enables to conveniently drive the whole tubing string to rotate with less power, thus preventing tubing eccentric wear, prolonging the service life of tubing string and pump inspection period. And this does not affect well repair and pump inspection operations. 

3.The product has two structures: manual control and automatic control. The automatic rotation of the pipe string in the oil well can be realized by adopting the rotary producing wellhead device of the automatic control type. A set of control system can control all rotatory producing wellheads on the same oil production well site. Under its control, the wellheads can rotate according to the designed rotation frequency, angle, and time. They can adjust at any time as required, and can transmit data to the oilfield control room remotely. When the automatic control system fails, it can be manually controlled. 

4.The product is designed and manufactured according to API Spe 6A.
