Technology Introduction
This technology has been applied on-site for nearly 2,000 well times, involving various oil and gas wellheads with complex geology, high pressure, high H2S, and high CO2 content.
This technology uses special tools to install at the wellhead, uses the hydraulic pressure generated by the hydraulic system to send the plug to a predetermined position, opens the plug rubber to seal the high-pressure oil and gas passage, and then performs gate valve operation. In the process of valve replacement, the plug is pressed by hydraulic pressure or a special fixture to ensure stable and reliable operation.
This technology is divided into single-layer or double-layer blockage. It belongs to the technology of valve replacement under pressure without losing hands. It is the technology of valve replacement under pressure specified in the CNPC "Youkan [2010] No. 80" document. The construction process is all in a controlled state, with the advantages of safe and reliable operation, environmental protection, no impact on output, and short construction time. It meets the requirements of "safety, environmental protection, and energy saving" for oil and gas field development, and is especially suitable for high pressure oil and gas wells with high output.
