(3) Basic situation of the accident:The “11·22” Sinopec Donghuang Oil Pipeline Leakage and Explosion in Qingdao City, Shandong Province was identified as a major accident. The accident caused 62 deaths, 136 injuries and a direct economic loss of 750 million yuan.
